(More customer reviews)We installed this fan in our small downstairs bathroom. Works great for tight spaces having the fan and light in one. The fan does seem a bit noisy however we think that is due mostly to the tile floor. We have the same brand and size fan upstairs (w/o the light) in our vinyl floor bathroom and the fan is so quiet you don't know it is even on.
