(More customer reviews)Like other customers who reviewed this product, mine worked great for about a week. Then it stopped working. I changed the 12 volt battery in the transmitter (that is, the battery in the button on the door) and it worked great for about 24 hours. Then it stopped working. I changed the battery again...it worked for about a day.
There is a 1-year warranty, but I bought this through a contractor who didn't give me the receipt, so NuTone's suggestion is...buy another transmitter.
I won't buy from NuTone again.
