(More customer reviews)Ordered this fan recently for a small bedroom. The instructions are very easy to follow and the installation is quick. It has a three fan speed motor and is very quiet running. The only set back was that the bulb died after two days of use and since its a halogen, replacement is $10 - $15 rated at 100w 1000hr. I notified the company, and they did send a replacement bulb. Please note that the bulb is rated at 100 watts but output with light cover is about 60 watts.
