(More customer reviews)I have a water heater in an attic, and fully expect it to fail at some point. The system installs easily and appears to work as promised(at least when tested). The only trick is to hand tighten the thermocouple connections. I over torqued the first connection and the pilot light failed to light. Watts customer service resolved this problem for me quickly and efficiently.
