(More customer reviews)TOTO USA EHV products are great. My plumber sucks though. He installed this item at the wrong height(6 inches below minimum height) So i complained to TOTO. The sent one guy from Queens NY, one guy from California and a third from the plant in Georgia. They fixed my problem. I love TOTO products! Just a note, this product uses infrared technology. IR is not always a good choice for every business, most of my customers wear black pants and this product as well as every other IR product has a tough time detecting black.
