(More customer reviews)I was pleasantly surprised to find that this product ships fully assembled, which certainly saved me the trouble of translating the instructions from... My girlfriend says this is French but it looks more Canadian to me.
I was also pleasantly surprised when I found that it distinguishes between male and female users by playing a rousing anthem to announce the presence of a male; given the natural and obvious superiority of males, there should be some sort of celebratory event involved with the act of elimination, as there is with every other daily occurrence. I was a tiny bit disappointed that the musical choice was limited to something dedicated to the French king Dagobert, but I was able to overlook it.
There are any number of convenience features built right in, such as a bell that announces completion of your eliminatory act to everyone in range, and candleholders, so that when you visit the facilities at night, you don't have to hold on to a hot candle and risk the possibility of melted wax dripping on your hand while you attempt to use the toilet, as well as an ashtray, so that you can smoke at the same time.
Honestly, though, the fact that this is carved from ash wood, and thus a powerful talisman against demons, is the true selling point here. Highly recommended.
