(More customer reviews)We've waited several years to replace our Kohler Wellworth toilet with this Toto. As compared to the Kohler, it simply works well. No multiple flushes, no holding the handle down that uses 5 gallons of water instead of the rated 1.6 gallons. Installation was straighforward after calling Toto to clarify a discrepancy in the instructions on the size of hole for fastening to tile or concrete. The first Toto took about an hour and half the second installation less than an hour. The Sanagloss finish doesn't eliminate the use of a toilet brush but it reduces the need to do so.
One fault with the shipping from Amazon. For home delivery, the shipper, CEVA Logistics, will call to confirm that someone will receive the shipment before scheduling delivery. However, there was no provision in the ordering form on Amazon to enter a phone number. Fortunately, we called CEVA in anticipation of the delivery to schedule delivery.
