(More customer reviews)I installed my WaterBoss about 3 months ago. It worked for about 2 weeks. At that point my water became hard again. I've called "customer service" repeatedly and they are no help at all. The sent me parts that didn't fix the issue and now they say I have to have a serivce call that they won't cover even though the unit is almost new.
