The only problem we had with this set was that the door strike plate would not catch the door knob latch allowing the door to come open. The door installer replaced with another strike plate and it works wonderfully. The set is well built and sturdy. I am very pleased with this purchase and hopefully it will last a long time. I would recommend the Baldwin entry set and would use Amazon again.
