(More customer reviews)We installed this product in August 2009 when we remodelled our bathroom. Now, a year later, the floor basin is cracked in two places, leaks when you take a shower, and is causing water damage to the flooring underneath. We will have to completely remove the shower and basin to repair the water damage. This includes the shower walls that were purchased separately and the new tile and flooring we installed when we installed this shower. This is going to cost us more than we paid for the product, plus we still need to purchase a replacement shower with a better basin that will not crack. We are extremely disappointed with the product because the floor basin is the most critical component and it is now cracked, leaking, and destroying the flooring beneath.
