I just finished using a tube of this epoxy. I only purchased one, not a 12-pack, but is is the same product.
First this is a 2-part epoxy, similar (or identical) to the small tubes that you can purchase for a couple bucks and more at hardware stores and drug stores. It is mainly used for anchoring bolts into holes that have been drilled into concrete. It is a caulking gun-type tube containing the two parts that push out the tube in equal amounts as the gun trigger is pulled. As an epoxy, it seems to be every bit as good as the smaller tubes, although I don't think that it is superior.
Included are two long nozzles that screw on to the tube that mix the two parts together as they progress down the nozzle. This is quite ingenious, and it works well for mixing the two parts and applying a proper mixture into the bolt holes, etc that are being anchored into concrete. So far, so good. Here are the drawbacks:
1) It is quite expensive. I think that if you shop around, you could actually but the smaller type tubes, mix them your self and save quite a bit of money. You would need to follow the proper procedure of cleaning and blowing out the holes to make sure that they were dust free, but it would work equally well. It is quite misleading looking at the tube, since about one-third of the tube is actually inner plastic parts that contain the two parts and part of the mixing mechanism.
2) Quite a bit of the epoxy is wasted in the mixing nozzle. This can't be used or accessed at all. It is just thrown away with the nozzle.
3) All of the epoxy must be used within a couple of days. I used part one day and tried to use the remaining a couple days later and needed to unplug the openings in the end of the tube, even though I took care to clean it carefully and cover the end. A couple more days and the remaining epoxy would have been useless.
4) This won't actually fit a standard caulking gun. At least it would not fit the two that I own. The end of the tube is too fat. I had to grind the opening of my caulking gun larger to allow it to fit.
5) The epoxy does not push out easily. I was using it when it was about 50 degrees out, and the tube was at room temperature. I had to press so hard on the gun to expel the epoxy that I thought that I would burst the wall of the tube. Perhaps it flows better at warmer temps, but it needs to travel through the long mixing tube, and there is quite a bit of resistance.
In summery, I would not buy this again. Simpson also makes a bolt called a Titen HD, which ratchets into a drilled hole in concrete with a hard biting thread. These are a little hard to find, but your lumber yard should be able to obtain them, and they can be found online for a reasonable price. These are a lot less mess, not so fussy, can be installed in any temperature, and are an equal replacement for most same-sized anchor bolts. They install easily with an impact wrench. Usually a better alternative that this epoxy. For small jobs with a couple of bolts or rods that absolutely must be epoxied in, I would but a couple of the small tubes.

SET anchoring adhesive is a high strength epoxy ideal for anchoring and dowelling. Due to its performance and extensive testing, SET is commonly specified by engineers and has been jobsite tested on countless projects. Now SET is available in a 8.5 oz. cartridge that dispenses with a standard caulking tool through a mixing nozzle. This means there is no special dispensing tool to buy and pre-mixing the product in the cartridge before dispensing is no longer necessary.
