(More customer reviews)The stove arrived damaged, the company was amazing they ordered a pick up and quickly removed the stove and are sending us a new oe before they even recieve the damaged one back.Well since I posted this review, the distribution motor assembly stopped working. It took an act of God to get US Stove Company to responded to calls and emails. Their on-line chat is a joke, it is always off-line. When I was finally able to get a real person on the phone they refused to listen to me as to what part I needed and they sent me the wrong part! Since then it has taken me hours to get through to them and only now have been able to order the right part ( I hope). They were not apologetic at all and didn't seem to care that the stove had only been in operation for 2 months before it broke! Also did not care that this was our only source of heat in this particular wing of the house! I have reported them to the BBB.Which by the way is also having a difficult time contacting the company!!! Please do not purchase from US Stove Company!!! Rebecca
