(More customer reviews)I recently purchased and installed my third Nutone QT300 in my home. I have one in the master bath and the guest bath and one in the laundry room. At 300 CFM, they do their work extremely fast in such rooms and are superior ot others in controlling humidity due to their flow rate. They are MUCH quieter than the "builder's quality" exhaust fans that only had about 70 to 80 CFM which were originally installed in my home. The one I installed in our large laundry room keeps the humidity, bleach and detergent odors from drifting into the rest of the house by quickly evacuating the air. If you want to "clear the air" in seconds rather than half-an-hour or so, get this one. Is it quiter than any other exhaust fan on the market? No. But you'll be surprised at how quiet it is and if you have one of those little square fans that were put in the house when you built it, you'll probably find that this one is quieter.

This fan is one of the quietest available. It provides ventilation to rooms up to 375 square feet in size, including residential and commercial locations. The housing is made of cold-rolled steel, and the cover is smooth and rounded and projects less than one inch from the ceiling. The grille is held in place by a spring, allowing for easy installation and access. Also included are pre-wired outlet boxes with plug-in receptacles and adjustable hanger brackets which provide mounting between 16-inch on-center joists. Not for use in kitchens. DL # 51674.
