(More customer reviews)I replaced a failed, 7 year-old, Master Flow unit in my detached garage with this. It has a smaller fan and only 4 blades(the Master Flow had 5). It moves a lot of air, but the noise is considerably louder than the Master Flow. I don't think I would put this on the roof of a house due to the noise factor. It costs about $50 less than the master Flow, and seems well built, but if you're going to ventilate your house attic, I would stick with the Master Flow for lower noise.
