(More customer reviews)We needed to find a medicine cabinet that did not have a mirror door, so it could be placed in an adjoining wall and finished to fit with some existing woodwork. Unless you can find what you need in a line of prefinished bathroom cabinets, there are very few choices without mirrored doors. We were a bit disappointed with these. It took quite a bit of sanding to get them anywhere near ready, even for painting. Since they shed some splinters the size of toothpicks, it was obvious that there had been little effort made at the factory. The cabinet box itself is thin steel, making it sound very tinny and cheap. We had to apply some hush-mat (ask a car guy) to the back and sides to quiet it down. Don't expect much or you will be disappointed.
