(More customer reviews)Bought 2 of these. Returned both. Seller was pleasant and helpful, made the return easy. Doesn't change the fact that the item is useless and the description is misleading. Also, there was a 20% restock fee for undamaged items, but no restock fee for damaged items. That seems weird. One was damaged, so I got a full refund on that, but the other was not, and I lost 20% of my money for nothing. What's to stop a less honest person from breaking an unwanted, cruddy item herself and returning it, broken, to the seller? That strikes me as odd.
