(More customer reviews)We bought this winch for our 08 Polaris Sportsman 500 mainly for raising and lowering the snowplow on it. This unit is made for our model of ATV so the installation was straight forward and it came with all necessary hardware. It's more expensive than other generic winches but we wanted the convenience of an exact fit. That said, like most OEM accessories it is over priced but it has been performing great so far. If it lasts a long time I will eventually forget about the price.
