(More customer reviews)I ordered this twice. The first time UPS told me they received it damaged and I never saw it. I ordered it again and it arrived. When my husband and I tilted it to remove the box, the entire bottom was in pieces. And no wonder... there wasn't a center bottom to the box. The styrofoam inside around the chest was so useless that when we opened the top, there were various places on the chest lid that had big indentations. This is my first rating after years of loyalty to products bought on Amazon, and I can't remember who the seller was, but I had to mention how much of a disaster this packaging was. I would not recommend this seller. I went to Sears to buy it when they were having a sale, and it was cheaper than this one was. And a little elbow grease on my part was worth knowing I was getting an intact freezer.

With a 7-1/5-cubic-foot capacity, this manual-defrost chest freezer provides additional storage space for extra groceries. The unit comes equipped with adjustable temperature control, a power-on light, and a top-lifting door with a built-in handle for ease of use. Accessories include two lower StorMor lift-out baskets, which offer convenient storage for easy access to most small frozen items or items that are most frequently used. When 1/4- to 1/2-inch of frost has accumulated, remove all frozen-food items and defrost and clean the freezer. A defrost drain at the base of the unit makes it simple to drain the water. After defrosting, wash inside surfaces with warm water and baking soda. Removable parts and the cabinet exterior can be cleaned with warm water and mild liquid detergent. Rinse and wipe all surfaces dry with a clean soft cloth. The UL-rated chest freezer measures 23-1/4 by 35 by 34-1/4 inches (55-5/16 inches with the lid open) and carries a one-year warranty.
