(More customer reviews)I just installed this shower head and I was pleasantly surprised. Not only do you get the feeling that you're taking three showers at once, but the water ouput is much less than I had expected. My previous shower head caused my tub to fill up with water, but there has been no overflow with this one even though it feels like more water is coming out than before. The only downside is paying $250, but I do not feel any buyers remorse, especially after waking up to an amazing shower every morning.

(More customer reviews)I recently installed this handheld shower and, for the most part I am pleased. Two design features which could be improved - the attachment that holds the shower head is angled horizontally, it would be more serviceable if it were angled down somewhat. Also, the release button to slide the shower head up and down the bar is on the back of the attachment which puts it right next to the wall which is not ideal.

TOO MUCH OF IT WAS PLASTIC. SPECIFICALLY THE SLIDE BAR WAS PLASTIC & IT WAS A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT.
FOR THE PRICE I WAS EXPECTING A METAL SLIDE BAR ASSEMBLY THAT WOULD BE STRONG & SAFE FOR THE APPLICATION. THE HAND HELD SHOWER HEAD IS PLASTIC TOO, BUT THAT IS TO BE EXPECTED. THE ENTIRE SYSTEM IS PRETTY & LOOKS GREAT IN MY NEW TILED SHOWER. I JUST WISHED THEY HAD NOT BEEN SO CHEAP & SUPPLIED A METAL SLIDE BAR.
