(More customer reviews)I purchased this to sand the areas of my hardwood floors that the rented floor sander could not reach (closets and edges) and man is this thing a beast! As soon as you squeeze the trigger, you can feel the power. I'm sure if Tim Allen tried it, you'd hear a loud grunt of approval. Easy to change belts and adjust tracking, which stays adjusted allowing you to do what you need to do, sand. Highly recommended.
