(More customer reviews)I just bought the 223L to replace a 5 year old, lightly used Echo SRM-210i which froze-up (piston is hung in the cylinder). Wished I had bought the Husqvarna when I bought the Echo.
Pros:
* Easy to start and stay running. (The Echo would start easy but it would tend to stall (and sometimes quit until it warmed up.)
* Very lightweight.
* Easy to maneuver - it just glides across the ground.
* Powerful - this machine cuts through 1/4" brush with no problems using stock string.
Cons: Only has a two year warranty compared to Echo's 5 years. However, the place I bought the Husq (Home Improvement store starting with L) had a 3 extended warranty for $39. The total price of the Husqvarna and the extended warranty was about in line with Echo's compatible model (which has a smaller engine).
