(More customer reviews)This pump does all it says it will. I have one that just had the shaft seal go after 16 years and I am buying another one. It primes quite easy. You have to provide your own wires to plug it in, which is a 15 minute job. I use it daily in the summer, and run it between 8-12 hours per day....so this pump/motor will hold up. It is rebuidlable, and I will do that, but am buying another because it is quicker and am not sure of extent of items that are wore out
