(More customer reviews)I just installed this sink faucet yesterday and cannot predict what the long term reliability will be. But I will say that so far Moen has impressed me. It installed easily with picture only instructions. They even supplied the hoses (long ones) that connect to the water valves in the wall. My brother who is a plumber said that it was rare to include hoses. The shank on the faucet allows for any thickness of counter top with out the need to puchase adapters. I thought I had broken a part and called the 1-800 support number and was talking with a clear speaking tech in 2 minutes who fed-ex'd overnight a new part just in case I would need it. One thing I learned was that Moen is not going to short change you. The faucet feels and looks high quality. Plus I feel they go out of the way to be customer focused.
