(More customer reviews)Our new KitchenAid dishwasher was not cleaning dishes about 4 months after we purchased it. The repairman has been out three times to replace the soap dispenser, within the 2 months since the first outage, but in examining the design it appears that the soap dispenser is too large for the unit and has difficulty opening because of the arrangement of shelves inside. We called Kitchen Aid and they declined to provide any solution or replacement model. They are only willing to pay for repeated replacement of the soap dispenser which is inconvenient and time consuming for us. Don't buy this product and my advice is to beware of any Kitchenaid products based on the fact that they are unwilling to stand behind them and there are clear design issues with this model.
