After using it for a couple weeks we found you need to run it on heavy/sanitize after you pre-rinse everything to have any chance of getting clean dishes. A month ago it broke and the parts are still on order with no estimated arrival date (the Sears people keep saying they are in transit). Hopefully, the second breakdown will be in the warranty period as well.
