Since it is an older style fan none of the home improvement stores continued to carry the Broan part. I then turned to the internet for help. The motor that I purchased was EXACTLY what I needed at a very competitive price. It was shipped to me very quickly and is now working quite well in my home. Overall a terrific experience here.
