(More customer reviews)I used this in my machine shop to cut thousands of parts for machining. It cuts my stainless steel and aluminum good enough for me. I would like the 1 inch blade bandsaw but the next step up is a huge difference in cost. I have recommended it to other new shops and they agree that this is a good buy!!! some adjustment form time to time and it will cut straight and consistantly. It's not that conveinient to switch to vertical but works well in both positions. Its best in horizontal. It can be a bit messy with the coolant but over all a good buy.
